We are looking for a reliable, motivated Sales Assistant / Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has excellent attention to detail, and is happy to work hands-on in a production environment.
You will be involved in both customer service and embroidery production, supporting day-to-day operations in a busy, well-established embroidery and workwear business.
Key responsibilities
Assisting customers in-store, via phone and email
Providing quotes and taking orders for embroidery and workwear
Operating embroidery machines (training provided)
Preparing garments for embroidery (hooping, loading, checking)
Quality checking finished products
Packing and dispatching orders
General workshop duties and maintaining a tidy workspace

Friendly,

Willing to learn embroidery machines and production processes
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
Valuable time management and organisational skills
Retail, sales, or production experience preferred (but not essential)
