Are you a skilled cook with strong leadership abilities? We're looking for a Cook Manager to lead our hospitality operations at our café at Bentley Tafe. If you’re passionate about excellent food, team leadership, and productive kitchen management – we’d love to hear from you!
About the Role
As the Cook Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our kitchen and catering operations. This includes:
Food preparation and cooking
Managing rosters and staff
Placing and managing orders
Coordinating catering services
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Leading a small, dedicated team to deliver high-quality service
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
Proven leadership and management skills
A methodical, organised approach to work
Must have a Food Safety Supervisors Certificate
Ability to obtain a police clearance
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
