Beverage & Bars - Bartender & Glassy positions available

Work across some of the Mornington Peninsula’s most iconic bars: Salt Bar, Front Bar, The Rooftop, Shi Hui Shi, Pool Bar, Lounge Bar and our Lobby Bar.

We’re looking for:
Experienced bartenders with proven skills in cocktails, beer, and wine service, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
Glassies who are eager to learn, will be trained in all aspects of the bar, and have the potential to progress into bartending roles (must be 18+ for this pathway)

Multiple Beverage positions available, with approximately 20hrs per week, over a 7-day rotating roster. Weekend and evening availability is essential.
