Tradelink is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Branch Assistant to join our team in Rosebud. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and supporting the smooth running of our busy branch.

What you'll be doing
Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
Processing sales transactions and handling cash and payments
Maintaining inventory and stock levels, including receiving and restocking deliveries
Providing product information and advice to customers
Participating in merchandising and store presentation tasks
Supporting the Branch Manager with administrative tasks as required
Ad-hoc deliveries in brand new Isuzu Ute or Truck (MR Licence dependant)

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the building supplies or hardware industry but not essential
Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Flexible and adaptable approach to working, with the willingness to take on a variety of tasks




Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
