Position Title: Crown High Reach Forklift Driver – On-Site
Location: Welshpool, Perth, WA

Position Overview

The High Reach Forklift Driver is a hands-on operational role responsible for safely operating forklifts-specifically Crown High Reach Trucks-to complete put-away and replenishment at client sites. This role also involves manual handling duties, pallet preparation, and warehouse activities. High Reach Forklift Drivers are essential to ensuring operational efficiency, workplace safety, and client satisfaction.

NOTE: This role takes place within a freezer at a cold food storage facility, with temperatures reaching -22 C. Please only apply if you are comfortable with these working conditions. An additional freezer supplement is paid on top of the base hourly rate.

About You

To be successful in these roles, you will demonstrate a solid work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude, as well as:
Reliability and a solid sense of urgency
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Manual handling experience (up to 25kg for container roles)
High level of physical fitness
Strong organisational and time management skills
Own vehicle preferred but not essential
Cold storage experience preferred

Mandatory:
Valid Forklift Licence
Experienced with specifically Crown High Reach Trucks

Preferred:
Full Driver Licence
1–2 years manual handling experience
Cold warehouse experience

Pay: $38.00 – $48.00 per hour
