ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – USED CAR DEALERSHIP

We are looking for a professional, reliable, and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our busy used car dealership.

Requirements
Well-presented and skilled
Current, valid driver's licence
Fluent spoken and written English
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong computer and administrative skills
Organised, reliable, and able to work in a rapid-paced environment
Comfortable moving and parking vehicles around the dealership
Able to assist with general dealership duties, including tasks that may involve standing, walking, and occasional lifting
Must live within approximately a 30-minute drive of Fawkner, VIC 3060

Key Responsibilities




Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
General office administration and filing
Preparing and processing vehicle sales documentation
Assisting with registrations, paperwork, and dealership records
Moving vehicles around the dealership when required
Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
