Food Idea Pty Ltd, trading as Mango’s Nuts is is an family authentic Australian cafe & Restaurant located in Ferny Creek that specialises in Pizza and Pastas, outstanding customer Service, value for money and large meals. We currently have a full-time chance available for an experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be running our kitchen. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of our kitchen operation, from menu development and preparation to maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will lead kitchen team, ensuring smooth service throughout the day and night.

Responsibilities:
Create and prepare delicious pizza,Pasta and other food items using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Ensure all dishes meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
Manage and maintain kitchen inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
Oversee food preparation, adhering to food safety regulations.
Lead and train the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
Liaise with front-of-house stac to ensure smooth service.

Experience:



At least year of experience working as a Chef in a similar environment

Qualification: Cert 3, Cert 4 in Cookery and Diploma of Hospitality

Salary: $80,000 - $82000
