We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Aged care support workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to our participants under Support At Home . The role involves supporting participants in achieving greater independence, social inclusion, and an improved quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and daily living support (e.g., grooming, hygiene, dressing).
Assist participants in developing independent living skills.
Support clients with community access, recreational activities, and appointments.
Follow individual support plans and report on participants’ progress.
Maintain skilled boundaries and ensure the safety and dignity of participants.
Provide emotional support and companionship.
Perform light domestic duties related to participants’ care needs.
Communicate effectively with participants,



families, and the care coordination team

Requirements
Previous experience in disability, community, or aged care (preferred).
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check .
Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred).
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, patient, and empathetic personality.
Fluent in English and Chinese communication.
