At Goodman Fielder, we're looking for a strategic and commercially savvy Markeitng Mefdia Lead to lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies across our portfolio of iconic brands. This is an prospect to influence how we invest across ATL, retail, foodservice and digital channels to drive brand growth, shopper engagement and commercial results.

What you'll be doing
Develop and lead integrated media strategies across TV, radio, OOH, digital, social, search, programmatic and retail media.
Translate brand, shopper and commercial objectives into high-performing media plans that deliver measurable outcomes.
Partner with agency teams and internal stakeholders to optimise campaigns using audience, sales and performance data.
Identify emerging trends, innovations and opportunities that keep our brands ahead of the curve.
Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Portfolio and Activation teams to drive an integrated communications approach.
Champion media effectiveness, testing and learning to maximise return on investment.





What you'll bring
7+ years' experience in media, marketing or agency environments.
Proven success delivering integrated brand and shopper campaigns.
Solid understanding of media planning, marketing effectiveness and performance measurement.
Commercial acumen with the ability to turn insights into action.
Exceptional stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
A passion for innovation, continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.
