Role
Leading breakfast chef/ Lunch chef
Key duties
Lead kitchen breakfast operations and plating standards
Ensure food safety & hygiene compliance
Control wastage
Work in a cooperative, high-performance culture
Requirements
2+ years in a similar role.
Cert IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Proven high-volume or multi-outlet experience
Creativity, consistency and passion for excellent food
Must be able to work weekends.
