Strong Start Swim School is a growing, premium swim school based in Brookvale on the Northern Beaches. We specialise in teaching babies, preschool, and school-aged children essential water safety and swimming skills in a supportive, structured setting.

Our focus is straightforward: build confident swimmers through consistency, care, and high-quality teaching.

About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and engaging Learn to Swim Instructors to join our team.

You’ll be teaching a range of classes including:
Preschool learn to swim
School-aged learn to swim
(Optional) Parent & Child (babies and toddlers) for the right candidate
(Optional) Squad coaching for the right candidate

Shifts are available across:
Weekday mornings
After-school afternoons
Saturday mornings

Is confident working with children of all ages
Brings positive energy and strong communication skills
Is reliable and takes pride in their work
Is open to learning and improving their teaching
Works well in a team workplace

Required Qualifications
AUSTSWIM / Swim Australia Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety (or willing to obtain)
Current CPR Certificate
Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
