We are seeking a reliable and proactive Casual Facilities Officer to help maintain our church facilities and ensure our venues are clean and ready for Sunday services, school activities and external events. This hands-on role includes venue set-up and pack-down, general cleaning, minor maintenance, equipment checks and basic administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operation of our facilities.

Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you'll assist with a variety of maintenance duties, identify and report repair needs, and help create well-presented spaces for our church community and visitors. This an ideal chance for someone who enjoys making a difference through practical work.

This role is predominantly based on a Friday, but also some Saturday and Sunday work.

A reasonable level of physical fitness, including the ability to lift, move and set up furniture and equipment, and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Basic computer skills and confidence using online systems or the willingness to learn.
