We are committed to delivering seamless experiences for both guests and property owners and have big growth ambitions over the next 12 months and beyond. We currently manage approximately 60 properties across regional Victoria and seek to expand to 100 by the end of 2026.

We’re on the hunt for a reliable and motivated Guest Services - Housekeeping Attendant, Bendigo to join our expanding team on a casual basis. This role is perfect for someone who has solid attention to detail, enjoys cleaning and takes pride in presentation.

Based at properties in Bendigo and surrounds, this housekeeping role ensures properties are guest-ready, well-maintained and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Presentation
Complete full changeover cleans between guest stays.
Make all beds to Clifton Partners Property standards (tight, consistent, styled correctly).

Linen & Laundry Handling
Collect used linen and deliver to designated laundry drop-off point (or reverse logistics system if applicable).
Ensure fresh linen is correctly placed, folded, and presented.




Report linen shortages or damaged items.

Restocking & Consumables
Restock Clifton Partners Property standard consumables
Ensure consumable quantities meet Clifton Partners Property checklists.

Reporting & Communication
Report property issues, maintenance concerns, damages, or missing items immediately via designated Clifton Partners Property communication channel.
Upload pre-clean and post-clean photographic evidence.

About You
Must have current driver’s licence
Previous housekeeping experience (preferred, not essential)
Organised, reliable and motivated
Able to take initiative, problem solve and work independently
Interested in creating exceptional experiences for guests
Technologically savvy – comfortable navigating mobile Apps
Working vehicle
