Are you an experienced, positive clinic receptionist/ Chinese Medicine student looking to join a dynamic team in a warm, friendly clinic environment? Y & Li Integrative Health is a modern clinic in Parramatta NSW, that provides a wide range of natural, high-quality healthcare services including acupuncture, herbal medicine and chiropractic care. This is a casual/ part-time role that can offer flexibility.

What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner
Handling patient enquiries and providing excellent customer service
Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's appointment calendar
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and inventory management
Providing support to the practitioner team as required
EFTPOS/HI-CAPS processing

What we're looking for
Motivated and proactive candidate




Previous experience as a clinic Receptionist or in a similar customer service role in a healthcare setting
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, doctors and other healthcare professionals
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficient in using general office software
Understanding of some TCM terminology (preferred) and confidentiality protocols
A friendly, empathetic and customer-focused attitude
Someone who can become a long-term integral part of the team.
