We are seeking a warm, motivated and client-focused Registered Psychologist to join our growing team in Parramatta. This is a full-time chance for a psychologist who is passionate about delivering high-quality mental health support in a professional, supportive and collaborative environment.
About the Role
You will provide psychological assessment and evidence-based therapy to a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, couples and/or families, depending on your experience and interests.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing individual therapy and psychological support
Developing treatment plans tailored to client needs
Maintaining accurate clinical notes and documentation
Working collaboratively with referrers, GPs and allied health professionals
Contributing to a positive,
ethical and client-centred practice culture
Conducting psychological assessments and clinical interviews to inform diagnosis and treatment planning
Administering and interpreting psychometric and diagnostic assessment tools where appropriate
Conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans where clinically indicated
Preparing psychological reports and qualified correspondence for referrers and other stakeholders
Participating in clinical supervision, peer consultation and continuing professional development in line with AHPRA and Psychology Board of Australia requirements
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology
At least one year of post-qualification experience in a clinical setting
Fully registered with AHPRA as a Psychologist
Eligible to provide Medicare services
Professional, empathetic and reliable
Confident working independently while also valuing team support
Committed to evidence-based practice and ongoing career development
