Kenko Sushi House is a Japanese takeaway shop located in the main food court of the UQ St Lucia campus. We are a fast paced shop selling a range of sushi and rice bowls. Store opens 5 days a week.
1) Kitchen Hand - Casual positions available:
Responsibilities may include (depending on shift times):
Making sushi
Food handling and preparation
Making hot food orders
Using the fryer
Dishwashing and general clean ups
Shifts range from 3 – 8 hours between 6am till 7:30pm
*Priority to people who can work 6am shifts
MUST HAVE:
Minimum 6 months kitchen working experience
Experience working in a quick paced workplace
Fluent in English
Self-motivated
Quick learner
