Experienced Bartender – Sittano's Bar and Restaurant

We’re looking for an experienced bartender to join the team at Sittano's Bar and Restaurant.

This role would suit someone who works well in a quick-paced environment, has good customer service skills, and can confidently manage a busy bar during lunch and dinner service.

About the Role
Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Making cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and basic coffee if required
Providing friendly and skilled customer service
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
Restocking bar supplies and monitoring stock levels
Handling EFTPOS and cash transactions
Following RSA and venue procedures at all times
Assisting floor staff when required during busy periods

What We’re Looking For




Previous bartending experience in a busy restaurant or bar
Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer
Robust communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
Reliable, well-presented, and punctual
Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Current NSW RSA Certificate is essential
