As a Team Member at Schnitz, you’ll play a big role in creating outstanding customer experiences, working with a team that genuinely has your back, and bringing the energy every shift. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, positive people, and even better food, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
Serving customers and delivering a great experience every time
Preparing and cooking our schnitzels to perfection
Keeping the restaurant clean, organised and running smoothly
Supporting your team during busy periods (and it will get busy)
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need loads of experience — attitude is everything.
We’re looking for people who:
Bring positive energy and a strong work ethic
Are confident, friendly and customer-focused
Can handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Are team players who are happy to jump in and help out
Have flexible availability across weekdays, nights and weekends
Bonus points if you love food and hospitality.
