About the Role

We run a fast-paced, high-volume cafe, pumping over 10 kilos of coffee a day. We need a machine operator, dialed-in flavor perfectionist, and speed demon all wrapped into one.

You’ll be steering our espresso setup through the morning peak, keeping quality sky-high, and delivering fantastic customer experiences alongside a tight-knit, energetic team.

What We’re Looking For
High-Volume Experience: Proven experience crushing 10+ kg days without compromising quality or speed.
Top-Tier Latte Art: Consistency is key—every cup that leaves the bench needs to look as good as it tastes.
Dial-In Mastery: Deep understanding of extraction, grind adjustment, and milk texture perfection.

Available Monday to Friday, every day for standard full-time hours.
