Untech is on the hunt for a hands-on Laptop & Desktop Processing Technician to join our team. Day to day, you'll be the person who takes machines from "just arrived" to "ready to go" - processing, imaging, testing, and sorting out the small repairs along the way.

What you'll be doing
Processing incoming laptops and desktops - wiping, cleaning, and prepping units
Imaging machines and loading operating systems and software
Testing hardware and components to make sure everything works as it should
Carrying out small repairs and part swaps (RAM, drives, batteries, screens, keyboards, etc.)
Grading and sorting units, and keeping accurate records of what's been done
Keeping the workspace tidy, organized, and running smoothly

What we're looking for
Hands-on experience processing computers - imaging, testing,



and basic repairs
Confident working inside laptops and desktops and handling components safely
A good eye for detail and someone who takes pride in doing a job properly
Reliable, organized, and happy working both solo and as part of a team
Bonus points for experience with imaging tools and refurbished/second-hand IT
