Subcontractor requirements:
Trade qualified painters with relevant experience




Basic English proficiency for safety and efficiency on site
Professional appearance and attitude
Dependability and honesty
Previous experience in strata and commercial painting projects
EWP licence is preferred but not mandatory
White card certification for all team members

Company requirements for subcontractors:
Workers Compensation Insurance
Public Liability Insurance
Valid Trade Licence
Active Australian Business Number (ABN)
Registration as a Pty Ltd Company
