Overview of the Role
We are now looking for a career minded and goal orientated individual that wants to start their career or carry on their existing career as a Customer Care Consultant.
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager your day to day duties include but not limited to:
Promoting a range of aftercare products to current and existing customers
Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all customers
Work collaboratively with the cars sales team and F&I; team
Liaison with technical colleagues to ensure vehicles in preparation have relevant products applied
Preparing warranties and necessary paperwork for customers
The Successful Applicant Must have:
2 years previous experience in this role
Customer Service experience – essential
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills including a high level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office
Have rights to work in Australia
A current Australian driver’s license
