We are currently seeking a q and experienced cook to join our kitchen team on a full time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to contribute to a growing restaurant while further de their culinary skills.
Requirements:-
Certificate lll in commercial cookery or an equivalent overseas qualification, or relevant skills and experience equivalent to Australian standards.
At least one year of relevant full-time post-qualification experience.
Experience in preparing authentic Indian cuisine in a commercial kitchen.
Sound knowledge of Indian spices, traditional cooking methods and food preparation techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced restaurant workplace.
