Role SummaryThe Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales and profitability targets, leading and developing the team, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and effective performance.
Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve individual and store goals.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Manage rostering, staffing levels, and labour costs.
Oversee inventory control, stock ordering, receiving, and stock rotation.
Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet company standards.
Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety (if applicable), and company policies.
Train and develop new and existing staff members.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
Manage cash handling, banking, and point-of-sale procedures.




Coordinate with suppliers and head office to ensure productive store operations.

Requirements
Previous experience in retail or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.
Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and sales reporting.
Adaptable availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.

SalaryCompetitive salary, plus superannuation and performance incentives (where applicable).

Pay: $80,000.00 – $96,000.00 per year
