We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor/s to join our team.

Working Days: 6 days per week (including weekends)

Hours: Approximately 50 hours per week

Work Schedule: Predominantly night shifts (commencing after 6:00pm and finishing at midnight or early morning)

Vehicle & Fuel: Company vehicle and fuel provided

Key Responsibilities

Providing training and supervision to cleaning staff

Carrying out detailed and periodic cleaning works

Conducting site inspections and quality checks

Managing night works and after-hours cleaning operations

Coordinating and attending emergency cleaning requests

Delivering cleaning consumables to sites

Ensuring all works meet client and safety standards

Requirements

Previous experience in cleaning supervision (preferred)

Robust leadership and communication skills

Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and flexible schedule

Valid driver’s license

Reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure

Performance-based career advancement prospects

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
