Key Responsibilities:
Barista experience with latte art is a must. Please do not apply if you don’t have at least 1 year experience as a Barista.
Need to be available for at least 5 days a week including weekends
Must have at 1 year experience in a cafe

· Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages in a high faced environment.

· Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude.

· Ensure consistency in coffee preparation by following recipes and maintaining equipment.

· Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.

· Assist in the preparation and serving of light food and pastries.

· Keep the coffee bar clean, organized, and fully stocked.

· Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.





· Stay knowledgeable about our menu and offer suggestions to guests.

Requirements:

· Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is must

· Passion for coffee and the ability to create a great coffee experience.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and multitask effectively.

· Positive attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail.

· Knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art

· Availability to work versatile shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
