Ecodental is seeking passionate and dedicated Dental Receptionists and Nurses to join our growing practice in Glebe, NSW. This is a casual role, offering flexible full-time or part-time hours to suit your availability.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and friendly manner
Scheduling and managing patient appointments
Handling patient inquiries and addressing any concerns
Assisting the dentist during procedures by passing instruments, holding suction, and providing other support as needed
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked treatment room
Ensuring all equipment and sterilisation procedures adhere to strict infection control standards
Carrying out administrative duties such as data entry, invoicing and filing
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a dental practice or other healthcare setting, preferably as a receptionist or nurse
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to juggle various tasks efficiently
Proficiency in using dental software and other relevant computer programs
A genuine passion for dentistry and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
A calm, patient and empathetic approach when dealing with patients
A team player attitude and the willingness to contribute to the overall success of the practice
