We’re looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our team in a Customer Service / Junior Account Manager role. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with customers and wants to grow within a reliable Australian company.
What You’ll Be Doing
Answer customer enquiries by phone and email
Process customer orders accurately
Help customers with product and stock information
Support newer customer accounts
Follow up quotes and order enquiries
Work closely with our warehouse team to make sure orders go out on time
Help with dispatch during busy periods

Friendly and confident communication skills
Good attention to detail
Reliable and willing to learn
Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
Basic computer skills
Previous customer service experience helpful (but not required)
