About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Casual Team Member to join our team and support the daily operations of our venues, including food preparation and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and qualified manner
Take orders and serve food and beverages to tables
Process payments accurately using POS system
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with liquor licensing requirements

Shifts & Availability
Flexible availability required, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
Casual role with varying weekly shifts based on business needs
Availability during peak trading periods is highly desirable

Pay & Conditions
Pay rates are in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award 2020
Applicable classifications,



junior rates and penalty rates apply where relevant
Employees performing liquor service duties are paid the adult rate for that time, in accordance with the Award
Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development

Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or over (due to alcohol service)
Must hold valid Australian working rights
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification required
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a quick-paced environment
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
