We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team in a predominantly road-based role, providing onsite maintenance, repairs, diagnostics and technical support across a diverse range of customer equipment, with a strong focus on heavy vehicles/mobile plant .

Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance, servicing and repairs on heavy vehicles and a range of customer equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults using diagnostic tools and technical documentation.
Respond to breakdowns and provide effective onsite support to minimise customer downtime.
Complete inspections, major services, component replacements and compliance checks.
Prepare accurate service reports, maintenance records and fault-finding documentation.
Maintain a high standard of workmanship while ensuring all work complies with company and manufacturer requirements.





Your Profile
Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic, Mechanical Fitter or equivalent.
Robust experience servicing and repairing heavy mobile plants .
Proven diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities across mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule in a field service setting.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship and continuous improvement.
Current and valid driver's licence.
