We are currently seeking qualified and reliable Security Officer/s to join our team at West End, Brisbane, QLD. This is an excellent chance to work with a reputable organisation that values professionalism, safety, and service excellence.
About the Role
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties.
Positions available: 2 Part-time positions available
Potential earnings / Award Level: Level 2
Shifts: Weekday and weekend | Day and night shifts
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets
Provide a professional and approachable security presence
Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance
Identify and assess risks, taking appropriate action in line with procedures
Adhere to all site and company security protocols
Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A valid Security Licence
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded)
Availability to work day/night and weekday/weekend shifts
Good physical fitness, as patrols are required
Ability to work independently and follow procedures
Solid attention to detail
A reliable and punctual work history
