We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our welcoming medical practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is eager to learn, and values being part of a close-knit team.

Working Hours
The position involves working during our opening hours, which may include:
Monday to Friday: between 9:00am and 5:30pm
Weekends: 9:00am to 3:30 pm

(Shifts will be rostered within these hours.)

Key Responsibilities
Greeting patients in a warm, professional, and friendly manner
Managing appointments, phone calls, and patient enquiries
Performing general administrative and reception duties
Supporting doctors and clinical staff with day-to-day operations
Maintaining patient confidentiality and accurate records

About You
Experience is required working at a medical centre and using BestPractice
Friendly, polite,



and approachable with excellent communication skills
Willing and eager to learn recent skills and systems
Able to work well in a quick-paced environment
Reliable, organised, and a strong team player
Enjoys working closely with others in a supportive, family-like team workplace
