Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growth. You’ll be helping to manage lead generation, social media, and administrative tasks that keep our revenue engine running smoothly. You will also be assisting with warehouse duties. What You’ll Do
Support Sales: Help manage the CRM, schedule discovery calls, and prepare sales presentations or proposals.
Content & Social Media: Assist in creating and scheduling posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook; engage with followers to build brand presence.
Lead Generation: Research potential clients, maintain mailing lists, and assist with email outreach campaigns.
Administrative Tasks: Organize marketing materials, track campaign performance, and help coordinate webinars or local events.
Customer Interaction: Respond to initial inquiries and provide excellent service to prospects and current clients.
Helping the driver with loading of truck and unloading items from deliveries as required.

Who You Are
Comfortable with computers: You’re comfortable with tools like Canva, Excel,



powerpoint, word
Strong Communicator: You have excellent writing skills and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and make cold calls
Highly Organized: You can juggle multiple tasks without letting the small details slip through the cracks.
Creative & Analytical: You like coming up with catchy banner and advertising strategies
Robust to be able to lift

Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or administrative support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (but talent and drive matter more).
