We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Qualified Educators to join our vibrant childcare team in our amazing privately owned service. As an Educator, you will play a key role in overseeing and supporting the care and development of children within a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. Key Responsibilities:
Help to plan, implement, and evaluate engaging and age-appropriate activities for children based on their individual needs and interests.
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Monitor children's development, document observations, and communicate progress to families.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace for children and staff.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a childcare setting.
Cert III or working towards
Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Strong understanding of child development and education practices.
Excellent communication, and team-building skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.
