Is this the role for you?

Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery workshops to identify and shape automation opportunities
Design and deliver end-to-end digital automation solutions, from requirements through to implementation and BAU handover
Conduct implementations, configuration, training, and commissioning, with a focus on remote delivery capability where possible
Manage skilled services delivery, including utilisation and billing for consulting services
Develop solution architectures, Statements of Work, and cost estimates
Support pre-sales activities, including RFx responses, client presentations, and solution demonstrations
Deliver implementations, configuration, training, and commissioning of solutions
Build solid,



trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Skills & Experience
We are seeking a consultant with solid experience across digital workflow and automation technologies, including:
Nintex suite (Process Manager, Workflow, Forms, K2)
SharePoint consulting, including configuration and migrations
Experience in Intelligent Capture Solutions (ABBYY FlexiCapture or similar is preferred)
Broad experience across workflow automation, BPM, RPA, and content management solutions

You will also bring:
Proven experience leading discovery, design, and implementation engagements
Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

this position can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne
