Key responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Provide preventive care and health education to patients.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using our practice’s electronic health system.
Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
Provide follow-up care, safety-netting and monitoring of patient outcomes.





Qualifications and Skills
Current enrolment in the RACGP GP training program.
Excellent clinical skills with a robust focus on evidence-based and patient-centred care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
