The Grain Emporium (Pane Bianco Group PTY LTD) is currently seeking a qualified Baker with at least 3 years experience to join our growing team.

Job Type: FULL TIME, Permanent DAY shift from 6am start

Our passion is Stone Baked Artisan breads, specialising in Sourdough and authentic European breads and pastries.

Applicants require to have the following:
Experience in using provers and stone baked / rack ovens
At least 3 years experience in Bread dough techniques including molding, mixing and baking
Experienced in croissant pastry, cake decorating and cake piping
Adhere to strict cleaning and food hygiene programs
Working in a team workplace
Written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude
Passion for baking and cake decorating
Flexibility working weekend shifts is essential,

Ongoing training provided. Must be able to show they can work in a team and time management is essential.
