We are seeking a motivated Service Advisor to be the vital link between customers and the dealership. In this role, you will manage daily reception duties at the after‑sales service front desk, coordinate maintenance activities, and provide direct support to the Service Manager in achieving departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and develop dealership maintenance services
Manage customer maintenance appointments
Receive customers and prepare work orders
Coordinate progress of maintenance work
Prepare vehicles for delivery after maintenance
Handle vehicle delivery and return processes
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Coordinate ordering of special parts
Implement fair and consistent warranty policies




Support pre-delivery inspections and recent car handovers
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
Resolve customer issues through proactive follow-up

Qualifications
Education: Diploma or higher in Automotive or related field
Training: Knowledge of relevant laws/regulations

Experience:
3+ years in automotive repair or related industries
1+ year in customer service
Familiarity with BYD/Toyota operations is advantageous

Skills:
Computer proficiency
Solid communication and analytical skills
Valid driver’s license
Attitude: Positive, team-oriented, qualified image, resilient under pressure
