Position Overview:

Club Manager

We are seeking a agile Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our gym facility. You will play a crucial role in the launch of our newest location, ensuring the gym runs cohesively, is well-maintained and sales targets are achieved, while fostering a positive team environment and engaging with our valued members to create the welcoming environment that aligns with the ethos of Riley's Gym. The role requires strong attention to detail to ensure the brands unwavering commitment to delivering property and equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and operational efficiency to the highest standard.

Qualifications:
Previous management experience is preferred
Experience within the fitness industry is preferred, but not required
Knowledge of fitness equipment and its functions
Excellent communication skills,



both written and verbal
High attention to detail and maintenance areas
Ability to easily connect with members of the public to ensure the delivery of a customer-focused service
