We at Blacktown Building Supplies have been providing Builders & DIYer's with all their Timber, Building Supplies & Hardware needs for over 30 years.

We have a full time position available for a motivated Timber Yardperson.

The successful candidate must possess…
a desire to give great service to our customers and the team
ability to load & unload building materials and timber using a forklift
the desire to work in the timber yard & mill
ability to control stock, customer orders & movement of stock within the yard
the ability to work within a team
attention to detail, punctuality & Initiative essential
ability to use woodworking machinery

Skills/Knowledge/Experience required:
Customer focus
Knowledge / experience in working with timber preferable




Ability to converse with a variety of different customers & staff
Forklift license is required.

Duties & Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Customers service
Forklift driving
Loading and unloading trucks & customer vehicles
Replenishing stock
Pulling out customer orders
Timber cutting
Housekeeping within the Timberyard

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $52,000.00 – $57,000.00 per year
