About the Role

As a Casual Sales Associate, you will be the face of the Coach brand, delivering exceptional service and helping customers find products that reflect their personal style. You will contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of store presentation and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver an outstanding customer experience through genuine and personalised service.
Build strong relationships with customers and create lasting brand loyalty.
Achieve individual and team sales goals through proactive selling techniques.
Maintain product knowledge across all Coach collections.
Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory processes.
Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are consistently maintained.
Support store operations, including POS transactions, opening and closing procedures.




Represent the Coach brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous retail sales experience, preferably within fashion, premium, or luxury retail.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
Confidence in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods.
A genuine appreciation for fashion, accessories, and the luxury retail setting.
