Café All Rounder - Casual 20 hours per week or more if available Café operating hours and evening shifts for private functions.
The Chambers is an award winning café operating 7 days 7am to 2:00pm and open for private functions in the evenings. Located in the heart of the city and located in a beautiful historical building the food, coffee and service are what keep our customers coming back.
We are looking for a Casual Waitperson / Café All Rounder (bonus if you have cocktail bartending experience) to join us long term (ideally 9 months or more) and become a part of our work family!
To be the right fit you will be able to carry 3 plates at a time and a tray of drinks with confidence. You will have a warm and welcoming personality with previous experience in a high volume rapid paced café with table service.
Working across your own section within the café and at times support the juice bar, making various alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.
Working across a 4 or 5 day roster including weekends. At least 3 years experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast paced environment would be ideal.
A person who is hard working, bubbly and a problem solver would fit perfectly on our team!
