Cleaner – Art School | Carnegie | $100 per Service

Art Academica is looking for a reliable and detail-focused cleaner for our Van Gogh Campus in Carnegie.

This is a versatile contractor chance with the potential to take on additional Art Academica locations after six months if the work is consistently completed to a high standard.

Location:
Art Academica – Van Gogh Campus
64 Rosstown Road, Carnegie VIC

Payment:
$100 per completed cleaning service
Contractor position – a valid ABN is required.

Flexible schedule:
Cleaning can be completed on an agreed weekday, Monday to Friday, between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm. Done fortnightly.

Main responsibilities:
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Cleaning and sanitising toilets
Wiping tables and other surfaces
Emptying general waste and recycling bins
Correctly separating and disposing of rubbish and recycling
Checking that the campus is clean, tidy and ready for students
Reporting any damage, maintenance concerns or low cleaning supplies

All cleaning products and equipment will be provided.

What we are looking for:




Strong attention to detail
Reliability and good time management(important!)
Ability to work independently
Own car and reliable transport
Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred (but not nessesary)
Police check, public liability insurance and references will be highly regarded
Cleaning companies and individual cleaners are welcome to apply

This role may suit an experienced cleaner or cleaning company interested in developing an ongoing relationship with a growing art school. Additional campus locations may be offered after six months, subject to performance and availability.
