Build strong, lasting relationships with patients
Provide ongoing support, monitor progress, and address concerns
Coordinate check-ups and facilitate doctor consultations
Manage patient accounts, encourage feedback and review, and ensure satisfaction
Handle enquiries and manage patient transfers with professionalism
Maintain Administration & Compliance Excellence
Process payments and reconcile daily transactions
Maintain accurate patient records using CRM and clinic systems
Ensure all documentation, prescriptions, and records meet compliance requirements
Support Clinic Operations
Manage reception, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic administration
Oversee stock levels and order processing
Resolve issues efficiently while adhering to company policies
Collaborate & Uphold Professional Standards
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and ethical conduct
Work collaboratively with team members and medical specialists
Communicate effectively to ensure smooth clinic operations

About You
Robust sales and customer service experience. at least 2 years' experience in sales / customer service essential
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and strong work ethic
Comfortable working toward targets and KPIs
Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused and a passion for helping people and improving their lives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Systems.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
