We’re a quick-paced promotional products company that helps businesses bring their brands to life through custom merchandise and creative marketing items. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an organised, reliable, and proactive Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role
This is a hands-on position combining warehouse operations, international logistics, and supplier coordination. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our products arrive on time, in perfect condition, and ready to impress our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Coordinate international shipments and container logistics from global suppliers.
Liaise with freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure smooth import processes.
Assist with product sourcing and supplier communications.
Maintain stock control and warehouse organisation.
Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift license an advantage).
Work closely with the sales and production teams to meet project deadlines.

About You:
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or order fulfillment roles.




Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Confident communicator with suppliers and shipping partners.
Able to lift and move stock safely (manual handling training provided).
Proactive problem solver who enjoys a rapid-paced, diverse role.
