About Us

We are a boutique accounting and advisory firm based in Woy Woy, providing taxation, accounting and business advisory services to a diverse client base, including individuals, businesses, family groups and SMSFs. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Accountant/Client Manager to join our team.

The Role

This is a hands-on role where you will manage your own client portfolio and deliver compliance and advisory services across a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities
Preparation of financial statements and tax returns (companies, trusts, individuals, partnerships & SMSFs)
BAS, IAS and GST compliance preparation and review
Manage a portfolio of SME clients and act as a key point of contact
Provide tax planning and business advisory services
Liaise with ATO, ASIC and other regulatory bodies
Assist with tax compliance, structuring, and business advice
Manage deadlines, workflow and job scheduling
Identify growth and advisory opportunities within your client base

Skills & Experience




5+ years' experience in public practice/business services accounting
Solid knowledge of tax, GST, and compliance
Experience managing a client portfolio and building client relationships
Solid experience with Xero is essential
CPA/CA qualified or near completion
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple deadlines
