Builders Cleaner – Casual & Subcontractor Opportunities

Complete Clean Collective is a growing, professional cleaning company specialising in high-quality builders' cleans. We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented Casual Cleaners and Subcontractors to join our team.

About the Role

As a Builders Cleaner, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality post-construction cleans on residential and commercial projects, ensuring every property is finished to an exceptional standard.

Your Responsibilities
Detailed builders' and final handover cleans
Removing construction dust, debris, stickers, and residue
Cleaning windows, tracks, frames, and glass
Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, cupboards, and wardrobes
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Wiping skirting boards, doors, architraves, and all surfaces
Identifying and rectifying missed areas to ensure a quality finish
Following site safety requirements and company procedures

About You
Previous builders' cleaning experience is highly regarded (training may be provided for the right candidate)




High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Able to work independently and within a team
Physically fit and capable of manual work
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
White Card preferred (or willingness to obtain one)

For Subcontractors
Current ABN
Public Liability Insurance
Own vehicle
Own cleaning equipment is an advantage but not essential
