The Role
We seek a self-motivated Food & Beverage Attendant with a can-do attitude to join our team. You will be passionate about providing outstanding hospitality to our Members and guests. Dinner service is Tuesday to Saturday.
Responsibilities and Attributes include:
The setting of the restaurant
Gueridon Service
Tableside Decanting
Discussing food suggestions in our fine dining à la Carte restaurant
Having excellent communication skills to liaise with Members and attend to their requests.
Having a positive can-do attitude.
Working autonomously and as a team player.

The Successful Candidate will demonstrate the following:
Valuable food knowledge
Full Australian working rights
Minimum two years restaurant experience.
Experience using a P.O.S. system.
Passion for excellence in customer service.
Current RSA Competency Card.
Immaculate grooming and presentation.
