360 Personnel is currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers to join a leading civil construction company working on infrastructure projects based in Caboolture. This is an excellent prospect to secure ongoing work with a well-established contractor delivering major civil projects across South East Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general civil labouring duties across road, infrastructure and construction projects.
Assist with trenching, excavation and pipe installation.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Complete manual handling, site preparation and site clean-up duties.
Assist plant operators and tradespeople as required.
Spot machinery and work safely around mobile plant.
Follow site plans and supervisor instructions.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all WHS requirements.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Previous experience working as a Civil Labourer.
White Card (Construction Industry).
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
Ability to perform physically demanding manual work.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety.
Ability to work effectively within a team and follow directions.
Highly Regarded
MR or HR Driver's Licence but not mandatory
Civil machinery tickets (Roller, Skid Steer, Excavator, Loader, etc.).
Confined Space, Working at Heights or Traffic Management tickets.
