About the Role
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and can confidently work both independently and as part of a team.
Your Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality espresso coffee and hot drinks.
Deliver friendly, skilled customer service.
Take food and drink orders.
Serve cakes, light meals, and café menu items.
Operate the POS and process payments.
Open and close the café when required.
Maintain a clean, organised coffee station and café.
Restock supplies and assist with stock control.
Support the team during live music nights, workshops, and private events.
Assist with basic food preparation when required.
About You
Previous barista experience essential.
Able to produce consistent, high-quality coffee during busy periods.
Friendly, positive and reliable.
Excellent communication skills.
Well presented with a strong work ethic.
Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Current Victorian RSA (or willing to obtain) is an advantage.
